人教版八年级上册Unit9 Can you come to my partySection B 3a-3b教学设计1、 教学内容分析 这是一节读写课,选取的阅读材料时新目标人教版八年级上册Unit 9 Can you come to my party Section B 3a部分的一篇邀请信。本课时以邀请信的组成要素(who,when, where, what)为阅读主题,并以此作为写作范文,进一步开展写作教学。2、 整体设计思路1. 阅读教学采取skimming与scanning等阅读策略引导学生阅读。首先,让学生快速浏览邀请信,找出邀请信的发出者和接受者;然后引导学生深入细节阅读,让学生了解邀请信的主要组成要素和相关细节,并用多种形式来帮助学生提取文本信息。最后再过渡到整体,呈现整封信的脉络结构。2. 写作教学首先,通过思维导图的方式激活学生原有知识;接着引导学生理解并运用邀请信中的重点句型 ;然后引导学生分析邀请信的写作框架结构及语言表达;再引导学生进行仿写邀请信;最后,小组内相互交流、修改并选出一些作品进行展示并评价。3、 教学目标1. Knowledge goals To be able to read and write more words about a letter of invitation by reading an invitation.2. Ability goals To be able to read an invitation about an opening of library by using the correct reading skillsskimming scanning and write an invitation by using the target language.3. Learning s reading skillsskimming scanning, cooperating and writing skillscopy writing.6、 教学过程Step1 Pre-reading Show a housewarming invitation and ask the students to look at it. Then ask the students to discuss what should mention in an invitation by using some key words.设计意图通过展示一封邀请信,让学生知道本课要学习的内容。再通过让学生讨论邀请信包含的内容,激活学生所学知识,也为下一步学习课本中的邀请信做铺垫。Step2 While-reading1、 Skimming Ask the students to look at the invitation on P71 and read it quickly and answer the following questions1 Who is making the invitation2 Who gets the invitation设计意图通过快速阅读,迅速抓住此文的关键要素。 2、 Scanning Ask the students to read the invitation carefully by using the reading strategy and answer the following questions1What is the invitation for2 When will the event happen3 What will happen after this4 Do parents have to bring anything5 How should people reply to this invitation, and when(设计意图在抓住关键内容的基础上,进行分层语言输入,即引导学生深入细致的阅读。目的在于让学生了解此文的主要意思和细节,通过整合教材、降低难度及利用不同的评价方式帮助学生关注和提取信息,从而使学生更好地理解此文内容。)3、 Useful phrases and sentence structures Ask the students read the invitation again and find out some useful phrases and sentence structures.E.g. would like to do、will be、after this...(设计意图 引导学生找出文中有用的短语、句子结构,为下一步写好短文扫清语言表达障碍。)Step3 Post-reading1. Pre-writing Ask the students to review what they should mention in a birthday invitation and try to draw a mind map with some key words.设计意图通过思维导图的方式,让学生对接下来的写作框架结构及语言表达有所准备。2. While-writing Let the students write a birthday party by using the target language. At the same time, let three students to write their invitations in front of the class.设计意图引导学生运用本课时所学的目标语言知识为自己的生日聚会仿写一封邀请信,并鼓励学生大胆展示自己的作品。3. Post-writinga. Ask three students to check the invitations on the blackboard with the standard of writing. And give points to them.b. Let the students check their work with each other in groups and each group choose the best one as the writing star.
